So, how did you get in the Real Estate business? That is a question I get
often. The short answer is corporate America was done with me. I thank
them for that decision every day!
Hi, I’m Jim and I’m lucky enough to be working in a career that I love!
I’m a numbers guy. I graduated from University of Missouri- Rolla with a BS
in Mechanical Engineering and obtained a Master of Finance from Saint Louis
University. Since the early 2000s, I have been imersed in the Real Estate
industry with personal experience flipping homes and holding rental properties.
After almost 20 years in the Automotive Financial Services industry, I obtained
my Real Estate license in 2007. Since then, I am thankful to have been able to
be of service to and build relationships with hundreds of clients.
Over the years, I have seen different shifts in the real estate market, from
the “Great Recession” to the craziest seller's market I have ever seen during
the Covid Pandemic. I understand that you are about to make a huge financial
decision whether buying or selling. I will listen to your. concerns and guide you through the process of
buying or selling every step of the way. My #1 goal is to provide the highest
level of client satisfaction.
As a St. Louis native, I love my city, our local sports teams, and AB
products. I am comfortable navigating through the different zip codes and
knowing the unique attributes which makes each area special. Throughout the
years, I have been able to connect with an outstanding network of local
referral partners who are dedicated to the care of all our clients.
I love what I do!! I work a half day everyday…usually from about 8am
to 8pm. I like making dad jokes, maybe because I am one. In March 2020,
my daughter, Danielle, joined me in the business. During our first year
together, we were recognized as a Coldwell Banker Premier Top Producing Team.
Let our family show your family the way home!
When I answer the question ‘how long have you been in the real estate industry,’ my answer of ‘since I was 10 years old’ leads to some puzzling looks. My dad, and now real estate partner, was beginning his real estate career then and would bring me along to do homework or play on my phone in some corner of his open house. It wasn’t until much later, when I trying to navigate into a career field in College, that I would look back fondly on those Sundays.
The Fall of 2016, I entered William Woods University in Fulton, MO, with the intent to obtain an American Sign Language Interpreting degree. Learning American Sign Language was enjoyable, but I found myself logging into my dad’s website to look at properties for sale in St. Louis during my free time which led me change my major to obtain a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurial Management and a minor in American Sign Language in December 2019.
While I say I have been in the real estate business since I was 10 years old, my first job within the industry was as receptionist and marketing advisor for Coldwell Banker Premier Group South County Office in St. Louis. What started as a summer job the Summer of 2018, soon manifested into my vocation as I went back the following summer and continued to work there as I finished my degree online, and until March 2020. In March, I transitioned from the front desk to the sales floor after obtaining my Real Estate License and joining the St. Louis Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
As a St. Louis native, I am comfortable navigating through the different zip codes and knowing the unique attributes which makes each area different. As a daughter and partner to a veteran Realtor, I have experienced shifts in the real estate market from the 2008 market crash to the changes brought forth during the Covid 19 pandemic. With a plethora experience backing me, I am comfortable assisting clients through the home buying and selling process.
